How do I clean the auto mirror that I have?
All of our mirrors should be cleaned the same way. Take a micro-fiber cloth, such as an eyeglass cleaning cloth, slightly dampen with water only. This micro-fiber cloth is less likely to scratch the mirror. Do not use any chemicals or paper, such as Windex and a paper towel. **Remember this is not an actual mirror, it is a type of plastic.
How do I obtain a tether extender for the installation of a auto mirror into my SUV, and is there an additional cost for this?
Send an email to customercare@safefit.com with the item number of the product you have, along with your mailing address. Upon receipt of your email a tether extender will promptly be mailed to you via the US Post Office. This extra part is free of charge.
